We are looking for someone who can organise work effectively, motivate their team and, at the same time, oversee quality, safety and adherence to the production schedule.<\/p>\n<p>If you have experience in a manufacturing environment and are no stranger to managing people, this role could be just the one for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you'll be doing with us:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management and organisation of the car seat production team<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the daily production plan and set targets are met<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of production activities with a focus on quality and production efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing compliance with safety rules, quality standards and working procedures<\/li>\n<li>Organising staffing levels according to current production requirements<\/li>\n<li>Staff induction, support and further development<\/li>\n<li>Regularly assessing team members\u2019 performance and providing feedback<\/li>\n<li>Seeking ways to improve production processes, increase their efficiency and reduce waste<\/li>\n<li>Resolving day-to-day production issues in collaboration with the quality, maintenance and logistics departments<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and reporting on production indicators, such as production volume, downtime or scrap rates<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a safe and well-organised working environment<\/li>\n<li>Working with the Production Manager and other departments to plan production and the necessary resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we expect from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the automotive sector would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience of managing staff, for example as a team leader, shift supervisor or in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of production processes and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>The ability to lead, motivate and organise a team<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>The ability to communicate in English<\/li>\n<li>Independence and a proactive approach to problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Good organisational skills and the ability to set priorities<\/li>\n<li>A basic technical understanding of production facilities and machinery<\/li>\n<li>Experience in production reporting and monitoring performance indicators<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we can offer you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 weeks leave.<\/li>\n<li>Fully paid lunches in the new company canteen.<\/li>\n<li>Completely new working space.<\/li>\n<li>Discounted tariffs from O2 (also for families).<\/li>\n<li>Multisport Card.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to shape new processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong>Salary of up to 55,000 CZK<\/strong><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do na\u0161eho v\u00fdrobn\u00edho t\u00fdmu hled\u00e1me zku\u0161en\u00e9ho Team Leadera, kter\u00fd se ujme veden\u00ed t\u00fdmu v\u00fdroby autoseda\u010dek.
