Your role will involve not only monitoring compliance with regulations, but also prevention, staff training and finding practical solutions to improve the working environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your main responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification and assessment of risks in the areas of health and safety at work, fire safety and the environment,<\/li>\n<li>the design and implementation of risk mitigation measures,<\/li>\n<li>support for managers and staff in the area of HSE,<\/li>\n<li>preparation and delivery of induction and regular training sessions,<\/li>\n<li>the drafting of safety instructions, signage and internal documents,<\/li>\n<li>participation in the assessment of machinery and workstations, and in ergonomic studies,<\/li>\n<li>collaboration in establishing and improving PPE-related processes,<\/li>\n<li>preparing Safety Alerts, Safety Moments and preventative programmes,<\/li>\n<li>investigations into workplace accidents, incidents and near-miss events,<\/li>\n<li>keeping records and proposing corrective measures,<\/li>\n<li>cooperation in audits and inspections,<\/li>\n<li>monitoring legislative requirements and ensuring compliance with regulations,<\/li>\n<li>support for activities in the field of waste management and sustainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A qualification in health and safety, the environment, engineering or a related field,<\/li>\n<li>experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing company,<\/li>\n<li>knowledge of health and safety, fire safety and environmental regulations,<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualifications or certification are an advantage, for example <strong>OZO, TPO, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 internal auditor<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>independence, attention to detail and the ability to see things through to the end,<\/li>\n<li>good communication and organisational skills,<\/li>\n<li>the ability to train others and explain the rules clearly and practically,<\/li>\n<li>knowledge of MS Office,<\/li>\n<li>English at a level sufficient for day-to-day work-related communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An opportunity to help shape HSE processes at a new production plant,<\/li>\n<li><span>a job with an international automotive company, <\/span><\/li>\n<li>scope for your own ideas and improvements,<\/li>\n<li>working in collaboration with production, HR, facilities and other departments,<\/li>\n<li>a stable working environment and opportunities for career progression,<\/li>\n<li>modern facilities in the Bor\u0161ov nad Vltavou \/ \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary of up to 60,000 K\u010d.<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pokud m\u00e1te zku\u0161enosti v&nbsp;oblasti BOZP, PO, environmentu nebo pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti, bav\u00ed v\u00e1s pr\u00e1ce p\u0159\u00edmo ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed a&nbsp;chcete b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed firmy, kde m\u016f\u017eete procesy nejen kontrolovat, ale tak\u00e9 aktivn\u011b nastavovat a&nbsp;zlep\u0161ovat, r\u00e1di v\u00e1s pozn\u00e1me.
