This includes, for example, MRO, production consumables, logistics and packaging, corporate services and CAPEX projects.<\/p>\n<p>If you have experience in purchasing, are skilled at dealing with suppliers, enjoy finding ways to save money, and would like to be part of a growing automotive company, we\u2019d love to meet you.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What the role entails<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arranging the procurement of consumables, services and equipment in accordance with the company\u2019s requirements,<\/li>\n<li>searching for, evaluating and selecting suppliers,<\/li>\n<li>negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery dates and service levels,<\/li>\n<li>building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers,<\/li>\n<li>identifying cost savings and opportunities to improve procurement processes,<\/li>\n<li>monitoring the market, inflation and the impact of commodity prices,<\/li>\n<li>analysis of purchasing data and identification of opportunities for optimisation,<\/li>\n<li>the preparation of budgets, forecasts and regular reports\/KPIs,<\/li>\n<li>cooperation with internal departments, in particular finance, production, logistics and maintenance,<\/li>\n<li>support in the categories of MRO, manufacturing consumables, logistics and packaging, corporate services and CAPEX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we expect from you<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management,<\/li>\n<li>excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills,<\/li>\n<li>the ability to work independently, in an organised manner and to manage multiple priorities at once,<\/li>\n<li>proficiency in MS Office; experience with procurement software or an ERP system would be an advantage,<\/li>\n<li>a working knowledge of English,<\/li>\n<li>an overview of procurement processes, the supplier market and opportunities for cost optimisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>This will be an advantage<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>experience in a manufacturing or international company,<\/li>\n<li>experience with an ERP system, such as SAP,<\/li>\n<li>knowledge of the automotive sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A job with an international automotive company,\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>the opportunity to help shape and develop processes in a growing plant, <\/span><\/li>\n<li>room for your own ideas and improvements,<\/li>\n<li>cross-departmental cooperation,<\/li>\n<li>a stable working environment and an interesting role in procurement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Does this opportunity appeal to you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send us your CV and join the NOBO Automotive Systems Czech Republic team.
