Your tasks will include managing servers, networks, software and hardware, providing user support and optimising systems so that the company's IT runs efficiently and without interruption.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will be your job description?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure \u2013 servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, and ensuring system availability and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Administration and configuration of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, e-mail servers, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Providing network security - firewalls, antivirus systems, VPN access.<\/li>\n<li>Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights according to internal policies.<\/li>\n<li>Technical support for colleagues - solving hardware, software and network problems.<\/li>\n<li>Regular system updates, backups, and data integrity maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other departments on the implementation of new systems or upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Creation and management of technical documentation (network diagram, configuration, manuals).<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with company IT policies, cyber security rules and legislative requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Searching for and implementing new IT solutions to increase efficiency and security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What knowledge and skills should you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in IT administration, network management or a similar position.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualisation technologies and network protocols (TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing servers, databases or cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure).<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of cyber security principles, firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with business systems (ERP\/CRM).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively solve technical problems and provide support to users.<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Diligence, independence and team spirit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What can we offer you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 weeks leave.<\/li>\n<li>Fully paid lunches in the new company canteen.<\/li>\n<li>Contribution towards transport and laundry.<\/li>\n<li>Completely new working space.<\/li>\n<li>Discounted tariffs from O2 (also for families).<\/li>\n<li>MultiSport Card.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to shape new processes<\/li>\n<li>Employee events<\/li>\n<li>Excellent coffee at work for free<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>... and many other benefits that we are currently preparing.
