Someone who understands that quality isn\u2019t just about checks at the end of the process, but about providing important feedback for the entire production process.<\/p>\n<p>What is important is attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work in accordance with established rules. We also value people who can communicate objectively and collaborate with other departments.<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong>What will be your job description?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Final inspection of products before they are released to the customer,<\/li>\n<li>inspections in accordance with work instructions and inspection plans,<\/li>\n<li>recording and verifying the results of inspections,<\/li>\n<li>identification, labelling and segregation of non-conforming products,<\/li>\n<li>support with root cause analysis and corrective actions,<\/li>\n<li>keeping the workplace tidy and looking after testing equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong>What knowledge and skills should you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in quality control, ideally at least 1 year,<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is an advantage,<\/li>\n<li>the ability to carry out a thorough visual inspection,<\/li>\n<li>a basic understanding of the principles of quality control,<\/li>\n<li>the ability to work with operating instructions, a defects catalogue and other documentation,<\/li>\n<li>basic computer skills,<\/li>\n<li>responsibility, independence and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong>What can we offer you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 weeks leave.<\/li>\n<li>Fully paid lunches in the new company canteen.<\/li>\n<li>Contribution towards transport and laundry.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for career progression and in-house training.<\/li>\n<li>Discounted tariffs from O2 (also for families).<\/li>\n<li>A Multisport card at a discounted price.<\/li>\n<li>Employee events (e.g. a joint hike to Klet' or a workshop in Lipno).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>... and many other benefits that we will launch together with our serial production.<\/p>\n<p>Become part of NOBO AUTO and participate in the production of premium seats for BMW.
