This position is crucial to ensure high quality seats and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong>What will be your job description?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspection of finished seats before dispatch to the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Check for visual defects (scratches, dirt, correct stitching, colour variations).<\/li>\n<li>Check the functionality of mechanical parts (positioning, tilting, locking).<\/li>\n<li>Verification of product compliance with technical documentation and customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Record the results of the checks in the internal system.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperation with production in resolving non-conformities and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with quality and safety standards in the workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong>What knowledge and skills should you have?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in quality control is an advantage, ideally in the automotive industry.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail, diligence and responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Manual dexterity and good eyesight.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work according to instructions and technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work in shift operation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of basic quality tools an advantage (inspection plans, visual standards).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong>What can we offer you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 weeks leave.<\/li>\n<li>Fully paid lunches in the new company canteen.<\/li>\n<li>Contribution towards transport and laundry.<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to work one shift for the first year.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for career growth to senior positions.<\/li>\n<li>Completely new working space.<\/li>\n<li>Discounted tariffs from O2 (also for families).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">MultiSport card.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Employee events (e.g. a joint hike to Klet' or a workshop in Lipno).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>... and many other benefits that we will launch together with our serial production.<\/p>\n<p>Become part of NOBO AUTO and participate in the production of premium seats for BMW.
