Rules for processing personal data - applicants

The administrator of your personal data, Nobo Automotive Systems Czech Republic s.r.o., ID No.: 21176931, with registered office at Hroznová 62/7, České Budějovice 1, 370 01 České Budějovice (hereinafter referred to as "Nobo"), has prepared the following rules of personal data processing for job applicants. We process your personal data in connection with the demand for the offered job positions or in connection with your interest to send you job vacancies and for this purpose we have your personal data in our database. The purpose of this processing is recruitment.
As part of the selection process or our database, we can process e.g.:
  • Identifying information (name, surname, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, photograph);
  • Contact details (e-mail, phone number, address);
  • Information on employment and residence permits;
  • Information on education and professional qualifications (degree, schools attended, certifications, professional exams, driving licence);
  • Information on work experience (previous jobs, internships);
  • Cover letters and other information provided on CVs;
  • Questionnaires or tests in the selection process.
We process your personal data to carry out measures prior to the conclusion of an employment contract, work performance agreement or work activity agreement. If you give us your consent, we will also process your personal data for the purpose of further job offers. In some cases, we may process your personal data to protect our legitimate interest (e.g. in the event of litigation).
We process your personal data for the duration of the selection process and for 3 years thereafter. If you give us your consent to process your personal data, your personal data will be processed for 5 years.
Your personal data will not normally be passed on to anyone outside Nobo or the Nobo Group. If personal data is transferred, we will ensure that your data is protected in accordance with the law. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the relevant government authorities in lawful cases.
The processing of your data is both manual and automated, but the decision to accept/not accept an applicant is always made by the relevant persons.
In particular, we obtain personal data directly from you. To the extent necessary, we may verify the information you provide using publicly available sources. However, in some cases it may be obtained by an employment agency or other company supporting us in the recruitment process.
Under the law, you have the right to:
  • to be fully informed about the processing of your personal data;
  • to know whether and what personal data we process about you and to obtain information from us about the purpose and nature of the processing of personal data and the recipients of the personal data;
  • restriction of the processing of personal data;
  • correction of inaccurate personal data;
  • completion of incomplete personal data;
  • portability of personal data;
  • deletion of personal data,
