We are looking for an experienced and responsible candidate to join our team as a Logistics Team Leader to manage the complete warehouse and material flow within the plant.
What you'll be doing with us:
- Managing a team of warehouse and logistics operators
- Organisation of work in the areas of receiving, storage, repacking, picking and dispatching
- Ensuring smooth material flow and production supply
- Inspection of JIS picking according to production requirements
- Cooperation with production and quality
- Maintaining shift reports, monitoring team performance and suggesting improvements
- Training of new employees and supervision of compliance with OSH, labour standards and 5S
- Work with ERP/WMS system
What we expect from you:
- Experience in logistics or warehouse management, automotive preferably
- Experience of leading a small team
- English at a communicative level
- Orientation in receiving, warehouse, production supply and dispatch processes
- Organisational skills and ability to solve operational problems
- Responsibility, consistency and focus on quality
- Willingness to work in shift operation
