Logistics Team Leader (m/f)

Become a part of a dynamically growing company in the automotive industry and participate in building a new production branch in the region. We are looking for an experienced and responsible candidate to join our team as a Logistics Team Leader to manage the complete warehouse and material flow within the plant.

What you'll be doing with us:

  • Managing a team of warehouse and logistics operators
  • Organisation of work in the areas of receiving, storage, repacking, picking and dispatching
  • Ensuring smooth material flow and production supply
  • Inspection of JIS picking according to production requirements
  • Cooperation with production and quality
  • Maintaining shift reports, monitoring team performance and suggesting improvements
  • Training of new employees and supervision of compliance with OSH, labour standards and 5S
  • Work with ERP/WMS system

 

What we expect from you:

  • Experience in logistics or warehouse management, automotive preferably
  • Experience of leading a small team
  • English at a communicative level
  • Orientation in receiving, warehouse, production supply and dispatch processes
  • Organisational skills and ability to solve operational problems
  • Responsibility, consistency and focus on quality
  • Willingness to work in shift operation

Salary of up to 52,000 CZK
