We are looking for a responsible candidate to join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist, who will be responsible for regular cyclical inventory, inventory recording, identification and resolution of discrepancies.
What you'll be doing with us:
- Regular inventory of stock in the warehouse
- Checking the actual inventory against the system
- Resolving differences and recording inventory results
- Cooperation with warehouse, purchasing and accounting
- Inspection of damaged or obsolete stock
- Support for improving warehouse processes
- Participation in annual or extraordinary inventories
What we expect from you:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory
- Diligence, reliability and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of working with data and numbers
- Knowledge of English language at a communicative level is necessary
- Ability to resolve discrepancies
- Team approach and good communication
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems an advantage
- Willingness to occasionally handle material up to 15 kg
- Flexibility to take inventory outside normal working hours
