We are looking for a new member of our quality team - depending on experience, either an independent QMS Specialist or a junior colleague who wants to develop in the field of quality management system under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
What will be your job description?
- Co-create, maintain and develop a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Work with documentation - directives, forms, records, internal audits.
- Prepare documents for internal and external audits (BMW, certification bodies, customers).
- Assist with corrective actions and process improvements.
- Support colleagues in understanding and adhering to QMS requirements.
- Keep the system clean, clear and logically structured.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Diligence, systematic and like to keep things in order.
- To like documents, audits and process logic.
- We are not looking for a "shooter", but an organized professional who believes that quality is created in the details.
- To be able to plan your work and finish things.
- Speak English (internal communication, BMW customers).
- Ideally have experience with automotive QMS, ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
- Or be at the beginning of your career but have the desire to learn and become an expert.
