You will ensure that production processes run smoothly, meet quality standards and that daily targets are achieved. This role involves managing and motivating the team, monitoring performance and liaising with other departments to ensure production efficiency, safety and high quality outputs.
What will be your job description?
- Organisation and management of the production team (operators).
- Training, motivation and evaluation of employees.
- Dealing with day-to-day operational issues and communicating with other departments.
- Ensuring that the production plan is met to the required quality and on time.
- Control of production processes and operational efficiency.
- Resolving problems in cooperation with maintenance and other teams.
- Supervise the quality of products according to customer specifications and standards.
- Cooperation with the quality department in resolving complaints and non-conformities.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, preferably in the production of automotive seats or similar.
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to communicate in English (international team).
