Help us start and scale up automated production of car seats. We are looking for an experienced PLC specialist to design, program and keep our control systems in top shape.
What will be your job description?
- PLC programming for automated lines, robotic workstations and conveyors (ladder, structured text, function block diagram).
- System integration - PLC + robots, sensors, vision, data acquisition; smooth operation and data exchange.
- Diagnostics and maintenance - fast troubleshooting, minimizing downtime, preventive maintenance.
- Installation of new equipment - commissioning, safe integration into existing systems.
- Process optimization - analysis, improvement of cycles, quality and costs.
- Documentation and reporting - managing program versions, configurations, procedures; performance and downtime reports.
- Training and production support - hands-on training for operators and maintenance.
- Safety and compliance - work according to relevant norms and internal standards.
What do we expect from you?
- Education in electrical/automation and at least 3 years of experience in industrial automation (ideally automotive).
- Knowledge of PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley or Mitsubishi.
- Confident in ladder/ST/FBD, reading electrical documentation and analyzing complex systems.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate clearly and follow through.
- Overview of industrial automation safety standards.
- Czech and English at a fluent level.
