Join us at NOBO AUTO and become part of a dynamic and innovative company specialising in premium automotive seating. We are looking for a mechanic to join our maintenance team to maintain production lines, machinery and also the running of the production floor.
What will be your job description?
- Regular maintenance of production and non-production machinery and equipment such as automatic, semi-automatic and manual assembly lines, robotic systems, conveyors, automatic stackers, automatic mobile robots (AMR), compressors, foaming technology, Abator extraction technology, building technology.
- Diagnosing and solving mechanical problems that occur on production equipment.
- Repair of machinery and equipment, including replacement of defective or worn parts, repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and adjustment of mechanical components.
- Assembly and installation of new production machinery and equipment according to technical specifications and instructions.
- Wiring mechanical components and systems and preparing them for operation.
- Collaboration with engineers and others experts to identify opportunities to improve production processes.
- Implementation of improvement measures to increase efficiency, reduce breakdowns and optimise production processes.
- Regular inspections and testing of production machinery and equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and meets quality standards.
- Calibration and adjustment of machines to achieve the required level of product quality.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- High school / secondary school education with a technical focus, for example mechanic, electromechanic, mechanical technician, etc.experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
