Production Quality Engineer (m/f)

České Budějovice

You will become a manufacturing quality assurance officer, overseeing compliance with customer and internal requirements, and taking an active role in resolving deviations and improving processes. 

What will be your job description?

  • Responsibility for the quality of the production process in the assigned production area.
  • Monitoring and evaluating production quality through control mechanisms, measurement and data analysis.
  • Solving quality problems in production (internal non-conformities, customer complaints, deviations, etc.) using quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why...).
  • Work with manufacturing, maintenance and technology to eliminate recurring non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Creating and updating quality documentation - control plans, work instructions, FMEA, SPC, MSA.
  • Support of internal and external audits (process, product, system).
  • Implementation and monitoring of quality indicators, reporting of results (e.g. scrap rate, ppm, audit score...).
  • Working closely with the Customer Quality and Logistics department to resolve customer requirements.

What knowledge and skills should you have?

  • University/university of technical specialization (engineering, quality, production, etc.).
  • Experience in manufacturing quality, ideally in an automotive environment.
  • Knowledge of quality tools - PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, CP.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
  • Orientation in technical documentation and drawings.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP or similar system an advantage.
  • Teamwork skills, consistency, detail orientation.
  • English at a communicative level.
