We are looking for an experienced and responsible candidate to join our team as Shift Logistics Manager, who will be a key figure in managing the internal logistics processes within the shift operation.
What you'll be doing with us:
- Manage a team of people in a shift operation
- Coordinate: receiving, warehouse, repacking, JIS (Just-In-Sequence), shipping
- Collaborate with production, quality, planning and customers
- Lead meetings, train new people, improve processes
- Work with SAP, WMS and other systems
What we expect from you:
- Experience in managing people in logistics, ideally from manufacturing (automotive preferably)
- Overview in ERP systems (SAP, MOM an advantage)
- Communication skills in English (necessary for reading documentation and basic communication in daily work)
- German language is an advantage.
- Result orientation, independence, ability to make quick decisions
- Willingness to work in shift operation
