We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist - Administrator to join our team, who will ensure reliable operation, security and development of the entire IT infrastructure of the company.
You will be responsible for managing servers, networks, software and hardware, supporting users and optimizing systems to keep the company's IT running efficiently and without interruption.
What will be your job description?
- Management and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure - servers, networks, hardware and software systems.
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting and ensuring system availability and reliability.
- Administration and configuration of business systems (ERP, CRM, e-mail servers, etc.).
- Providing network security - firewalls, antivirus systems, VPN access.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights according to internal policies.
- Technical support for colleagues - solving hardware, software and network problems.
- Regular system updates, backups and data integrity maintenance.
- Collaboration with other departments on new system implementations or upgrades.
- Creation and management of technical documentation (network diagrams, configurations, manuals).
- Compliance with company IT policies, cyber security rules and legislative requirements.
- Finding and implementing new IT solutions to increase efficiency and security.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Proven experience in IT administration, network administration or similar position.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience in managing servers, databases or cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure).
- Good understanding of cyber security principles, firewalls, VPN and anti-virus solutions.
- Orientation in enterprise systems (ERP/CRM).
- Ability to effectively resolve technical issues and provide support to users.
- Communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Diligence, independence and team spirit.
