We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist – Administrator to join our team, who will ensure the reliable operation, security and development of the company's entire IT infrastructure. Your tasks will include managing servers, networks, software and hardware, providing user support and optimising systems so that the company's IT runs efficiently and without interruption.
What will be your job description?
- Administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure – servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, and ensuring system availability and reliability.
- Administration and configuration of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, e-mail servers, etc.).
- Providing network security - firewalls, antivirus systems, VPN access.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights according to internal policies.
- Technical support for colleagues - solving hardware, software and network problems.
- Regular system updates, backups, and data integrity maintenance.
- Collaborating with other departments on the implementation of new systems or upgrades.
- Creation and management of technical documentation (network diagram, configuration, manuals).
- Compliance with company IT policies, cyber security rules and legislative requirements.
- Searching for and implementing new IT solutions to increase efficiency and security.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Proven experience in IT administration, network management or a similar position.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualisation technologies and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience in managing servers, databases or cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure).
- Good knowledge of cyber security principles, firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus solutions.
- Familiarity with business systems (ERP/CRM).
- Ability to effectively solve technical problems and provide support to users.
- Communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Diligence, independence and team spirit.
