The foam mixing operator is responsible for the accurate preparation, mixing and maipulation of the chemical components used in the production of polyurethane (PU) foam.
Ensures proper chemical dosing, safe material handling, stable supply of foam lines and adherence to process standards. Supports a smooth production process and ensures quality and safety in the mixing plant.
Requirements:
- School certificate or technical education is an advantage.
- Experience with chemicals, plastics, foam or similar manufacturing.
- Experience in automotive environment an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards (EHS, MSDS, chemical procedures)
What will be the job description:
- Preparation of raw materials according to established recipes and working procedures.
- Operation of mixing equipment, pumps, tanks and dosing systems.
- Control of correct ratios, temperature and other parameters of chemical mixtures.
- Monitoring the flow of material into production and ensuring a continuous supply of lines
