Final quality control is a very important part of the production process of our seats. This position is crucial to ensure high quality seats and customer satisfaction.
What will be your job description?
- Inspection of finished seats before dispatch to the customer.
- Check for visual defects (scratches, dirt, correct stitching, colour variations).
- Check the functionality of mechanical parts (positioning, tilting, locking).
- Verification of product compliance with technical documentation and customer requirements.
- Record the results of the checks in the internal system.
- Cooperation with production in resolving non-conformities and complaints.
- Compliance with quality and safety standards in the workplace.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Experience in quality control is an advantage, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Attention to detail, diligence and responsibility.
- Manual dexterity and good eyesight.
- Ability to work according to instructions and technical documentation.
- Willingness to work in shift operation.
- Knowledge of basic quality tools an advantage (inspection plans, visual standards).
