As a Facility Technician, you will be responsible for the reliable operation of our modern manufacturing facility - from building and technology management, to maintenance and inspections, to overseeing safety and environmental standards.
What will be your job description?
- Ensuring the technical operation and reliability of the production plant and administrative buildings.
- Coordination of regular maintenance and servicing of building technology equipment and systems (air handling, compressors, boiler room, power distribution, lighting, air conditioning, sprinkler systems, etc.).
- Organisation and registration of statutory audits and inspections (electrical, pressure and lifting equipment, fire protection, occupational health and safety).
- Troubleshooting of breakdowns and accidents on the premises and in production plants, crisis management support.
- Coordination of services within the administration of the premises - cleaning, security, technical administration of the building.
- Cooperation with external service providers, maintenance of operational and maintenance documentation.
- Active support of TPM systems and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- High school degree in a technical field (electrical, mechanical, power engineering, etc.).
- Experience in maintenance, facility or technical facilities management (ideally in a manufacturing company, automotive preferably).
- Valid professional competence in electrical engineering according to current legislation (formerly Decree No. 50/1978 Coll., now NV No. 194/2022 Coll.).
- Knowledge of technical documentation and the basics of facility management.
- PC user skills (MS Office, experience with CMMS/SAP an advantage).
- Ability to solve problems independently, reliability, diligence.
- Basic knowledge of English (technical terminology, communication with suppliers).
