We are looking for a technically-minded colleague to join our production plant, who will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of the buildings, energy systems and technical equipment on the site.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with technical equipment, can coordinate with service providers and, in the event of a fault, will not simply report the problem but will actively get involved in resolving it.

- Ensuring the safe and reliable technical operation of the production hall, office buildings and associated premises.
- Coordination of routine maintenance and servicing of technical building installations.
- Maintenance of systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, power distribution, compressors, boiler rooms and sprinkler systems.
- Dealing with operational faults and emergencies in buildings and on the production site.
- Monitoring compliance with preventive maintenance schedules, inspections and technical surveys.
- Records of statutory inspections and checks of electrical, pressure and other designated technical equipment.
- Cooperation with external service companies, suppliers and energy providers.
- Coordination of selected facility services, such as cleaning, building maintenance and site security.
- Maintenance of technical and operational documentation.
What we expect from you
- A technical qualification, ideally in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, power engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in facility management, building management or technical maintenance.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company; experience in the automotive sector would be an advantage.
- Valid professional qualifications in electrical engineering in accordance with current legislation.
- The ability to read technical documentation, diagrams and drawings.
- Knowledge of the principles of preventive maintenance and the operation of building services equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CMMS or SAP would be an advantage.
- A basic knowledge of English, particularly technical terminology.
- Independence, reliability and the ability to respond quickly in the event of breakdowns or emergencies.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to play an active part in day-to-day operations.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
