To the company NOBO Automotive Systems Czech Republic s.r.o. we are looking for an experienced Equipment Manager, who will take responsibility for the production facilities, maintenance and technical back-up of the plant.
This is a managerial role with responsibility for leading the maintenance team. The team also includes specialists in PLC and maintenance coordination.

- Management and development of the maintenance team,
- responsibility for the stable operation of production facilities,
- setting up and managing preventive and operational maintenance,
- cooperation with production, quality, engineering and other departments,
- solving technical problems and suggesting improvements,
- Responsibility for equipment availability, maintenance efficiency and technical production support,
- management of spare parts, service interventions and related documentation,
- support in installation, modification and commissioning of the equipment.
What we expect from you
- Experience of leading a technical team in a manufacturing company,
- technical education or relevant experience,
- Experience in maintenance of production equipment,
- ability to set up processes and find practical solutions,
- Independence, responsibility and good organizational skills,
- English for everyday work communication,
- experience from automotive environment an advantage.
