What will be your job description?
- Performing regular maintenance and inspection of production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Preventive maintenance including inspection and adjustment of mechanical and electrical parts of machines, lubrication of moving parts and replacement of worn parts.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components of production equipment.
- Fast and efficient repair of production machines in the event of a breakdown to minimise downtime and maintain production continuity.
- Installation and maintenance of robotic systems and other automated equipment.
- Providing technical support to production staff and machine operators.
- Training employees on the proper use and maintenance of production equipment.
- Work with engineers and other experts to identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement those improvements.
- Carrying out work on electrical equipment without voltage.
- Compliance with all safety regulations and standards when working with production equipment.
- Providing technical support to machine operators and other production workers.
- Training of employees in the proper use and basic maintenance of production equipment.
- Keeping records of maintenance, repairs and inspections.
- Preparation of reports on the condition of equipment and proposing necessary measures to ensure its reliable operation.
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- SOU/SŠ in the field of electrical engineering, or relevant experience preferably in an automotive plant.
- Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings and manuals.
- Government Regulation No.194/2022 Coll.
