We are looking for an analytically minded professional with a strong focus on results and hands-on experience in process improvement, logistics and ERP systems.

What will be your job description?
- Develop and maintain accurate multi-level BOMs for automotive seating systems, including metal frames, foam, trim, and electrical components.
- Ensure BOMs are in accordance with technical specifications and customer requirements throughout the product life cycle.
- Work closely with engineering, purchasing, quality and production teams to implement design and process changes.
- Support technical change management (ECO/ECR) by updating BOMs with appropriate effective dates and revision control.
- Verify completeness and consistency of BOM structure across systems (ERP/PLM).
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production readiness through BOM validation and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate material planning.
- Generate BOM reports, BOMs and configuration summaries for internal and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal automotive industry procedures and standards (e.g. IATF 16949, VDA).
What knowledge and skills should you have?
- Minimum 2 years of BOM management experience, preferably in the automotive sector (ideally seating systems or interior components).
- Experience with ERP/PLM systems (e.g. SAP).
- Understanding of automotive seat architecture and materials (e.g. metal structures, foams, linings, wiring).
- Great attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with complex data structures.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team across departments.
