What to expect before you start
in NOBO Auto

We will ask you for completing a personal questionnaireto help us provide all the necessary information to prepare your onboarding documents.

Before starting work, it is necessary to complete initial medical examinationto make sure you are medically fit to do your new job.

You will receive from us preview of the employment contract in PDF format so you can review all the terms and conditions at your leisure and be ready to sign it on the day of arrival.

We will give you access to our preboarding pagewhere you will find all the important information and details about your first day at NOBO AUTO.

How it will be run
Your working day

The first step
Introductory meeting
At 8:00 am we will meet at NOBO AUTO, where we will sign the employment contract together and take care of all the paperwork.
The second step
Introducing the onboarding plan
After the necessary administrative tasks, we will present you with a detailed onboarding plan that will guide you through the entire adaptation process.
Third step
Getting to know the team
At the morning meeting you will get to know your new team and the colleagues you will be working with.
The fourth step
Initial training
You will then receive initial training to familiarise you with our processes, safety rules and company culture.
Fifth step
Handover of IT equipment and session with the manager
At the end, we'll hand over the IT equipment and you'll have time to have an introductory meeting with your manager.
